Hi, my name is Rod Fuller and I first qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in 1975. Since then I have taught hundreds of people of all ages and backgrounds to drive. I am married, a non-smoker, and have two dogs.
I can still remember MY first driving lesson, it was in a Morris Mini and what a disaster it was - I actually managed to go around a roundabout the wrong way!!
Since then I have improved a little (although my wife doesn`t always agree) but I think it`s because I struggled a little as a learner that I can sympathise with other people who don`t find it easy.
I believe that learning to drive should be enjoyable, I try to keep my lessons lighthearted but at the same time informative, making sure that my pupils become safe, confident drivers.
